Apply for State Subsidy
Our preschool accepts both state subsidy and private pay. In order for us to provide the correct co-payment please fill out the state subsidy at the link below. If you do not qualify for state subsidy you may skip this step and move on to step two.

ProCare registration
At our center we use ProCare to communicate with parents about your child's day, billing, activities, newsletters, and sharing photos. We ask that you register on ProCare using the following link before enrolling to guarantee we can keep an open communication
Paperwork
After completing step one, please fill out each of the following paperwork below. To fill it our please make a copy or print it out. You may email or bring it in at your earliest convenience. As a reminder each child will need their vaccination records in addition to any paperwork before starting.
